Campaign Manager. An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen for a motivated Campaign Manager to join one of Edinburgh’s longest established, UK sector leading manufacturing companies to help drive B2B lead generation. On offer is a salary of around £33,000 to £35,000.  There is an exceptionally good benefits package that includes 30 days holiday (with option to buy two further weeks via salary sacrifice scheme), Yearly Bonus, Life Cover, Pension, Medical and Wellbeing Scheme, Sickness Pay increasing with length of service, free parking, and modern dynamic working environment.

Central to the business, this role will see the successful Campaign Manager joining a talented and vibrant digital marketing team. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager who has great pedigree in both Agency and Client side. Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs using all marketing channels available to reach target personas within the specific customer audiences.
  • Develop target personas for our specification audience to understand needs, experiences, behaviours and goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customers, products and the buyer’s journey, ensuring that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
  • Work with the wider marketing team and outside agencies to develop rich content that drives results in pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design effective programs to build cross-functional cohesion.
  • Take the lead on events, both physical and virtual and create a timetable of branded webinars.
  • Collaborate with sales to build content and programs that support sales enablement.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to generate, automate and measure all lead generation activity.

The successful candidate’s profile:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent professional qualification in Business or Marketing related discipline.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience of multi-touch campaigns and account-based marketing, including online digital marketing, content marketing and events (physical or digital).
  • Experienced in a similar marketing role with demonstrated success in managing demand B2B and B2C generation programs.
  • Experience using marketing automation systems.
  • Experience of running paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent Google Analytics skills to allow measurement and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Experience running webinars is preferable although not essential.
  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills across the MS office suite
